Designed to reduce manual analysis and bring together operational participation evidence with relevant pupil information, ENRICHMENT aims to help leaders understand who is experiencing enrichment, where opportunity exists and where further investigation may be needed.

ENRICHMENT is being developed to integrate securely with school management information systems so that supported pupil information can be synchronised rather than repeatedly entered by staff.
The product is currently in development. Data access is intended to follow strict data-minimisation principles, with schools approving the information shared through their integration provider.
